I went up to Luckfield for a walk round to see what tree work needed doing & to spend an hour on the pole, in peg 6, with paste & 4mm pellet as loose feed to see if i could tempt one or two of the carp out.....

Not a sign of the carp but had 3 'big' skimmers!!!
Now that was a surprise...I knew there where a couple of smaller ones in there but not 2lb+.

A chap in peg one had a nice 14lb+ carp while I was there too.
It's looking nice up there at the moment, a wee bit of branch trimming to be done, but otherwise, all good.
