***  Christmas Match Postponed & Re-Scheduled ***
The DDAS Christmas match at Revels this Sunday (18th) has been postponed due to the lakes being frozen and very unlikely to thaw out in time for the match. Although warmer weather is expected at the weekend the sub zero temperatures we will have until Saturday mean that the lakes will take a few days to be free of the ice which is very thick at present. Additionally the weather forecast for Sunday is dire, 30-40mph winds and very heavy rain, so maybe the ice is a blessing in disguise.  
The new date for the match will be Monday 2nd January @ Revels. Monday is a bank holiday so hopefully all those who want to will be able to attend. Please can you book your place with Glenn for the re-scheduled match.
