The part year membership application form to join DDAS (from the 1st November until the 31st May 2016) is now available for download, completing & submitting (click on the 'Membership Information & Application Form' Tab on the left).

Please be aware that the membership will NOT be issued by return post, it will be held and sent out during the last week in October, don't worry, we guarantee you will receive it before the 1st November, as long as it has been received in time!
