Good day at Silverlake today 👍:

Did some weed cutting & removal from both lakes (not all of it). Erected a 2nd life ring plus a few minor peg repairs…..
We did that while waiting for our new stock of carp for both lakes: 42 x 6lb-9.5lb fish went into Lysander & 13 x 11lb-13lb went into Lucy’s. 

Today was the 1st day of the year they could be transported & introduced (they had been on order for a while).
Other species will be introduced in the coming months, including Tench (all being well 🤞).
The water levels there are down (like everywhere else), but there is still over 6ft of water so we don’t have any concerns on fish health. … the rains will soon come 😉.
